We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

🕒 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚀 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

❌ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Satrangi Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

🛑 Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will incur additional reshipping fees.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Order Cancelled During Processing will be charged 20% re-stocking fees in addition to shipping charges payable as specified under our shipping section.

Order Returned Undelivered: All our shipments require signature on delivery. If order returned undelivered, we can re-ship the order if you pay us re-shipping charges.

Validity of order: Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.

Custom orders include style or design modifications, plus-size orders (1X and above), and any other significant product alterations.

Processing & Shipping Time: Custom orders require 3-4 weeks for production and shipping.
Extended Timelines: Orders size 2X and above may take longer to ship.
Size Availability: Some designs, including specific dresses or tunics, may not be available in plus sizes due to fabric or design limitations.

Color Disclaimer & Fabric Characteristics

At Satrangi Boutique, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different on screens compared to the actual outfits, accessories, or jewelry received.

Color Variations: The colors displayed online are meant to provide the best possible representation, but due to differences in screen resolutions, lighting, and fabric textures, a slight variation in shade is considered normal. Additionally, garments may reflect different hues under varying lighting conditions.
Handcrafted & Naturally Dyed Fabrics: Tie-dye clothing, Bandhani, and naturally dyed apparel are traditional crafts from Gujarat and Rajasthan. These fabrics may have a natural tendency to bleed color, which is an inherent characteristic of the art. We recommend handling such garments with extra care while washing and wearing to maintain their beauty and longevity.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in weave, block prints, embroidery, or craftsmanship are natural and should not be considered defects. Additionally, minor design differences may occur between the displayed images and the actual product, as each piece is uniquely crafted.

Workmanship & Materials: All embellishments, including beads, jardozi, embroidery, metals, and stones, are not made from real gold, silver, diamonds, or Swarovski crystals, unless explicitly mentioned as REAL in the product description.
